🔞 Age Requirement
18+ only — no exceptions.
New Hampshire law prohibits us from tattooing anyone under 18, even with parental consent. A valid, government-issued ID is required. (If you’re not 18 yet, we’d be happy to schedule your appointment for your 18th birthday!)
💰 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit secures your spot in your artist’s schedule and is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
If you cancel with late notice or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule or maintain any remaining appointments (see below for policy details).
🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 48 business hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
🕒 We are closed Sunday–Tuesday.
-If your appointment is on a Wednesday, notify us by Thursday evening or Friday morning the week before.
-If your appointment is on a Thursday, notify us by Friday evening or Saturday morning the week before.
-And so on…
Late reschedules (less than 48 business hours) will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new one will be required to:
1. Reschedule
2. Retain any future appointments already scheduled.
If a new deposit is not received within 2 weeks of your original appointment, any remaining sessions will be removed from your artist’s schedule.
We understand life happens — illness, emergencies, etc. — just give us as much notice as possible and email your artist directly to make any schedule changes. Honesty and communication go a long way!
